Ultra Runner Neil Bryant Runs 100 Miles Using Udo's Choice

Neil Bryant, the UK's top ultrarunner recently ran the South Downs Way (as you do!) on just fat (using Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend) and protein.

 

 

Neil told us "I wanted to run the entire South Downs Way (100 miles) in one go. Nothing too experimental about that for an ultra-runner but I wanted to do it all with no carbs.


Fueled by fat and protein. I finished the run in 21 hrs and 20 minutes and felt no drops in energy that I wouldn't normally expect from such a run. My recovery was swift and I have since taken part in a 113 mile race (Hardmoors 110) and won it!
