Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are vital. Only two fatty acids are known to be essential for humans: ALA- alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and LA - linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid). They play a key role in many functions including heart, brain, skin and vision health to help you look and feel amazing, inside and out.
Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend is the perfect plant based choice for anybody looking to add a daily source of high quality essential omegas to their diet everyday.
It can be incorporated into your daily diet with minimum effort, simply add or drizzle over foods or drink. Just remember not to heat the oil as that damages the delicate essential fatty acids.
The oil capsules are unrefrigerated for convenience. Please note: The oil in capsule form is not certified organic as the capsule itself is not made of organic material. You can be assured though that we use exactly the same oil to fill our capsules as we do in the liquid Bottles which are Organic.
