Products For Pregnancy By Pregnancy And Birth Magazine

In this month's issue of Pregnancy & Birth Magazine, leading beauty gurus reveal the products they swear by during pregnancy. Professional make-up artist Jemma Kidd said that during pregnancy, her skin, hair and nails seemed to be lacking in nutrients and that she swears by Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend for giving them a boost.

"Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend was the best product I found for giving them a boost. A blend of omega oils, I really noticed my skin got its glow back, and my hair and nails were much stronger after taking it."

It is widely accepted that mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding should up their intake of Essential Fatty Acids as they have to feed two bodies rather than one. If the mother is not getting enough Essential Fats through her diet then it can lead to dry skin, low energy and poor concentration.

In a separate interview with Udo's Choice, busy mum Lucy Plaza said:

"During my pregnancy I actually increased my intake of Udo’s Oil as I had heard that the foetus takes much of a mother’s store of Essential Fats as it grows. I suffered no morning sickness, my energy levels were great and as a real bonus I got no stretch marks."
