Seed syncing is a method used to support and regulate female hormones. It works by eating particular combinations of seeds at certain times of the month, which helps to build and flush your hormones as needed. It is especially good for irregular cycles and those with lots of unwanted symptoms.
Use organic seeds if possible and if you can’t use organic activate your seeds by soaking then for two hours in filtered water, rinsing them and then drying them in a dehydrator or oven until they are crisp. When regulating your cycle organic food is very helpful and some ingredients like nuts, seeds and fresh vegetables are really good to get organic.

Luteal Phase Sunflower & Sesame Seed Butter
On the day you ovulate, about two weeks into your cycle, this recipe is here to support second two weeks with 1 tbsp of sunflower and sesame seeds each day. Enjoy this seed butter, which is supported with potent plants, each day in many ways from using it in smoothies and on toast to salad dressings and in recipes.
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius
First place the sunflower seeds on a large baking tray in the hot oven and toast until very lightly golden, for about ten minutes.
Add the sunflower seeds to your food processor and process until a butter forms, keep scraping down the sides of the container and add the oil after a few minutes.
Continue to process until a very smooth and runny butter forms.
Add the tahini seeds and salt and briefly process again.
Store the butter in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two months.
Follicular Phase Pumpkin & Flax Seed Butter
On day one of your period this recipe is here to support these first two weeks with 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds and flax seeds each day. Enjoy this butter, which is supported with potent plants, each day in many ways from using it in smoothies and on toast to salad dressings and in recipes.
METHOD
First place the flax seeds in your blender and turn them into a powder, set aside.
Add the pumpkin seeds to your food processor and process until a butter forms, keep scraping down the
sides of the container and add the oil after a few minutes. Continue to process until a very smooth and runny butter forms.
Add the flax seeds and salt and briefly process again.
Store the butter in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two months.
