Porridge:
Place your oats in a saucepan on a low heat. Lightly toast the oats before adding the water to cook through. Cook for up to ten mins until the porridge is the consistency you enjoy. This can be as thick or thin as you like.
Once at the right consistency take off the heat and stir through the miso and lions mane.
Place into a bowl and garnish with a spoonful of kimchi, handful of kale, sprinkle of seeds and a good drizzle of Udos oil.
Seeds:
Place in a jar and shake. Serve on salads, soups and everything in need of an extra sprinkle.
