Massaged Kale

Ingredients

One bunch kale, washed and stripped from the stems

2 tbsp Udo’s Ultimate Oil Blend

One big pinch of salt

Massaging kale? That sounds kind of…weird. Why do we do it? Working those greens with your hands a bit takes the edge off, and renders them tender enough to eat without cooking.

We like to add a little more nutritional value to ours, so in a large bowl massage, the kale with the Ultimate Oil Blend and salt. Once the kale is nicely wilted it is ready to serve
