Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
½ ripe avocado, pit removed, sliced vertically
Drizzle of Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Any additional ingredients, if desired!

The best avocado recipes always include toast! So easy and delicious, the perfect meal for any time of day!

   

    

METHOD

  
Toast the bread (we love using sourdough!). Cut the avocado in half, and remove the pit and skin.

Slice the avocado lengthwise. Arrange the avocado slices on the toast, and without over-pouring, drizzle some Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend.

Add a pinch of sea salt and red pepper flakes, or add your own creative flair!
