Spiced Apple Pie Overnight Porridge


Apple Topping

1 Large Apple

2 Tsp Cinnamon

2 Tbsp Water

1 tsp Coconut Oil


Overnight Porridge

30g Oats

100g Milk

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

A Pinch of Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Udo’s Choice Oil Blend

Overnight porridge: In a medium bowl, combine oats, milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, and a
pinch of sea salt. Stir to combine. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
The morning after add Udo’s Choice Oil Blend and stir and divide the porridge in two glass, and place back in the fridge while preparing the apples.
Apple topping: Peel and dice apple into bite sized pieces.
Heat coconut oil over medium high heat in a skillet, add apples, water, 2 tsp
Stir constantly to coat and heat apples until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
Top the overnight porridge with the apple and dust with some ground cinnamon.
