Energy Burst Smoothie

Ingredients
Big bunch spinach
2 bananas
1 kiwi fruit
1/2 pineapple
1/2 papaya
1 tsp spirulina powder
2 cup pure water

METHOD

Peel and break the bananas. Peel the skin off the kiwi fruit. Remove the pineapple's crown and shave off the skin, then chop into large chunks. Deseed the papaya and scoop out the flesh.
Transfer all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high.
Serve with ice or chill in the fridge.

TIPS

Prepare and freeze all of these fruits so that you always have the Energy Burst Smoothie ingredients on hand, at any time. Your drink will only take 30 seconds to prepare and will be refreshingly cool.
