Cinnamon Apple Spiced Smoothie

Ingredients
1 apple, peeled and cored
Handful of raw oats
150g yoghurt
1 tbsp almond butter
120ml almond milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Spicy and hearty, this smoothie certainly fills a gap.

METHOD

Add all the ingredients (starting with apple) into a blender and blend until smooth 

TIPS

You can use shop bought almond milk, or if you have a Soyabella, use this for an even fresher, tastier smoothie!
