This Matcha will out a spring in your step any time of day with the nutrient boosting addition of Udo’s Beyond Greens this drink is not only good for your body and mind but enjoyable to make and drink as the bright green ice cubes melt and infuse your bulletproof milk.
METHOD
Add the matcha and greens to a small bowl and add a 4-5 tbsp of water and whisk with a matcha or balloon whisk for the smoothest texture, making sure the mix is frothy and smooth. Add another 150ml of water and the peppermint essence and mix once more.
Pour the green liquid into an ice cube mould and freeze until totally frozen, for 4-6 hours. Once the ice cubes are ready take them from the mould and fill two cups with them.
Blend the nut milk with a table of melted coconut oil, for the bulletproof effect. Top the ice cubes with the plant milk and use a straw or spoon to stir the drink as you sip and enjoy watching and tasting the green ice slowly melt.
