A rich and chocolatey pot topped with tart cherries and laced with CBD, that brings a smile to and winters day.

METHOD
Cherry Jam
Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes until the cherries are thawed and a jam like consistency is achieved. Turn off the heat and leave to cool.
Biscuit Base
Place all of the ingredients into a small food processor or blender and process until a sticky biscuit base is made, making sure the oats and nibs are mostly broken up.
Place a few tbsp of the biscuit base into 4 medium ramekins or glasses and lightly press it down so you have an even but not flat surface.
Chocolate Layer
Prepare the avocados by cutting them in half, removing the stone and peeling away the skin.
Place the avocado flesh into a small food processor or blender and blend the avocado with the milk and maple until smooth. Then, once smooth add the cacao powder, salt and CBD and process again until smooth. You can add a little more salt and sweetener as you like.
Divide the mixture between the four glasses, smooth the top and then leave to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, until cool.
Top with a few spoonfuls of the cherries and enjoy in the moment or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
